2 weekly sessions that start with 10-15 min warm up followed up with a scrimmage.

We have a wide variety of players, from complete beginners to advanced. Most of our players fall somewhere between intermediate / advanced category. All levels are welcome to join our sessions!

Occasionally we organise official games against other Rec teams. Level of teams is taken into account so that everyone on the ice can enjoy the game! Please visit the Media section to check the footage from some of our games.

We have Sparx Skate Sharpener and therefore we can offer blade sharpening service to our team members.

Yes, full gear is needed, and we are unable to provide/rent out the gear, but we can give advice if needed. Neck guards are now mandatory on the ice at all times.
